I'm going to be honest in that I don't like Warbosses. At all. Not when for 85 points you can give huge portions of your army a 5+ Cover save. The
KFF Mek, in almost ANY situation, is superior to any other
HQ unit in the Ork codex. Second is Ghazkull Thrakka. This is a pretty foot heavy list, I bet we can pick up enough points to get him in there. Additionally, why have Bosspoles on your Warbosses if your Boyz get them? Why have two different armors?

Kommandos NEED upgrades. If you take Kommandos, you'd be crazy not to throw Burnas in there (you can take two, and they work as power weapons if you don't fire them) and Kommando squads are nowhere near as potent without Snikrot. He could even sneak Ghazzy onto the table with him if you decide to take him. Also, inb4 Claypool tells you to split your Lootas. Split lootas are more targets for you opponents to deal with, not to mention if you're using 15 to do the job 5 could have done, you've wasted 20 shots. Just sayin'. Personally, I like the full 15 man mob.

(Sometimes) 20 Shootas in a Battlewagon, it's a convention, but I hate it, personally.
Always take a Nob with a Power Klaw and Bosspole. There are no arguments about this. Stikkbombs are literally a waste of points. With that sweet initiative of 2 (3 on the charge) you're going last whether you've got the Stikkbombs or not, and anything that's going at initiative 2 (Fire Warriors and Guardsmen) shouldn't pose a threat to you anyway.
You can save a few points by taking mobs of 19 Grots and 1 Runtherd. Just sayin', it would save you 13 points per mob.

Once again, Stormboyz have options that you should take. Personally, I'd suggest one unit of Stormboyz with Zagstruck, so you can assault when you deepstrike. Alternatively, Stormboyz make great turn 1 assaulters if you put them at the line, move average 13.5", then assault 6". Just go second. Also, for Fast Attack, consider the solitary Deffkopta with
TL Rokkits and a Buzzsaw. They make a 24" scout move, then move 12", shoot
TL Rokkits, and then assault stationary armor 6" further on turn 1.
Heavy - Battlewagon, Killkannon, Deff Rolla,
RPJ, Riggers, 4 Big Shootas - Lots Of Points
There's nothing in your list that can be transported by a Battlewagon with a Killkannon on it. Are you just using it as a gunboat? Those four big shootas are pretty useless if you move your Battlewagon at all, and Killkannons are pretty bad. More importantly, you have nothing worth protecting with a Battlewagon (nobz, whatever). Orks are very "Go big or go home" kind of guys. You armor up entirely, or not at all. As an alternative, I might suggest the "Kan Wall" which would be a screen of Killa Kans protecting your Shootas with 4+ cover saves, and then
KFF Meks, which give your Kans a +4 cover save. March across the field and tear your opponent apart.
