That sounds seriously bad. Coffee would be enough for me though. I usually don't drink any of it. Once I had slept less than 2 hours (and had been awake for 22 hours before that) and woke up in the morning around 4:30 for work. I drank just one cup of coffee... and I had trouble falling asleep that night. My friends want to know what happens with energy drinks. I have refused to drink any of those so far.
