Money. The biggest issue with this hobby. Well I have 6 armies (4 in 40k and 2 in WHFB) and none of them is completely painted. I have a lot of work to do with that.

I've painted so much that I can field a legal and completely painted army but still have way more to paint. A new army? I started Dark Eldar because I wanted to collect some "evil" army. Playing guard, marines and witch hunters kinda makes you want to play the bad guys sometimes.

The new Dark Eldar were the only "evil" army I like so I went with them. Ended up going for a wych cult. Melee army mostly. I shoot so much with the others.

One of my personal favorite units in my whole collection: Leman Russ Punisher. Equipped with heavy bolter sponson and a heavy stubber. If it does not move it can fire 32 shots a turn (assuming all the weapons are intact).

Shooting at a lone IC with that tank is insane. Pretty much a certain kill. Small units die because of the volume of fire.

My favourite would be the DKoK Commissar, just because i've boosted her with all the upgrade and she walks around the board killing small squads and heros ^.^

Comissars are fun. I am not fielding any with my guard though. Collecting Catachan and comissars do not fit the fluff too well.
EDIT: Oh. The Leman Russ Punisher. It has a gatling as a main weapon. It is meant to shoot a lot so is rather ideal for inflicting several wounds.
