I am going to be painting my orks armor, and most of their vehicles, orange. Should I use white or black primer on them? Aslo, can you reprimer over paint so you can repaint your models? I am fairly new to warhammer, and plan on my models looking decently good. Thanks, Ryan.

black primer with orange foundation paint would be best. You can re-prime but you lose detail and it looks bad. Better is to use a paint stripped to strip off existing paint and start again.

Finland... the country next to Sweden? No! That's Norway! Finland is to the east! No! That's Russia!

Yes.
Black primer will work well with solar macharius orange. After that you should highllight the edges or atleast drybrush the miniatures armour with a lighter orange or yellow (but the yellow might ruin it there is a 50% chance that the yellow wont work as a highlight for orange)

Sweet Jesus, Nurgle and Slaanesh in the same box!?
No, just Nurgle and Slaanesh, Jesus will be sold seperately in a blister.
