How does the water effects stuff work? Can you mix colors with it. For example red to make it look like blood.

To further this question, is there a way that I can mix red with this to create blood, and have it thin enough to put in Brother Corbulo's Chalice to look like its actually filled with a liquid?

Yeah it's on the GW website and in WD, you can mix paints (inks work the best i think) into the water effects in order to dye them a particular colour.
