I would start off by getting the codex. It will let you read up on the fluff of the Orks in general and the individual units in particular. Then you can either pick units you like the sound of to proxy in a couple of games (make sure it is against someone who understands that you are going to be proxying ) to get a feel for them and see if you want to invest in the units. Or you can pick the units that people advise as being the best units in order to win. Then you can either hit ebay (often has cheap models), or one of the discount online retailers of GW stuff and get yourself some models. I think Dashofpepper has a pretty good line on Orks - I think he has a number of tactical articles/threads on the subject. I will edit this post with a link for you. Ork unit summaries Dash hasn't posted an article, and he has way too many threads and posts for me to look through at work, but if you want to take a look, this is his profile

Yeah, they can look pretty cool and can be good to play too.
My first army was Orks.

AOBR is a great start to an Ork army (it's how I started mine!) And van easily be supplemented with some trukks and a box of nobz.

I'm thinking in buying a battleforce to start with some vehicles and orks. In Wayland they sell them at 48 €

I started out recently and here is what I suggest:
Get the codex first. Read through it, check the fluff see the models see what you like (you already mentioned vehicles- thats a start)
Now hop on to the internet and read some tacticas and army list. You will see some unit analysis, what they are capable of and what works together.
You are now ready to judge what type of army you want to start and to see which units form the core of it.
Start with those units, play a few games and build up from there.
That being said you can't go wrong with AOBR as 1) you will always field boyz and 2) nobz, koptaz and the warboss feature in many many lists. With the battle force if you choose to go footslogging or kan wall the trukk and the bikers are useless to you

Personally I run a smallish army of 1100 points of Orks.
I've got two mobz of 30 Boyz each, 10 Nobz, a Warboss (attached to Nobs), and three Deffkoptas. Not a huge army, but it's fun as hell to play, and Orks operate well even at low point values.
And yes, I also started with the AoBR box.

There are three different ways to run Orks:
Green Tide - lots and lots and LOTS of choppy infantry.
More Dakka - lots and lots of shooty Orks. Big shootas galore. Lootas, Kans, and a Mek are must-haves. I don't like this one, since, quite simply, Orks suck at shooting.
Speed Freeks - Bikes, Deffkoptas, Boyz in Trukks, Battlewagons. Red paint jobs all around. Built with a serious need for speed. Often combines equal parts crumpin' and dakka.
My favorite is and always will be #1. It's very satisfying to see a Mob of 30 Boyz charge 10 Tac marines and get 4 attacks each on the charge. If all of them are in range to hit, that's 120 attacks. Ohhh yeahhhh.

For Orks troops are the important part. A full mob of boyz can be devastating if they hit.

I have come to learn if your looking to fill your numbers, getting Lootas, Killa Kan, nobs and a ton of boyz. those are a wonderful starting point. I would also suggest getting at least 3 trukks and maybe a battlewagon or two. For HQs, I would suggest A Warboss, Mad Dok and/or A Big Mek with KFF. you can work around quite a bit at the lower point values games.
