Hey,i want to start playign WHFb empire.What are some good things to buy first?

The Empire Battalion is a bargain (in GW terms, at least) and provides a good starting point. Add a character and a little artillery and you've got a nice core to your army.

Army book is a good idea as well, but after that Batalion like the above mentioned.

When,i get the battalion,what should i give them?

I would go for atleast 2 battalions, a good sugestion after that would propably be a Cannon or two. Then I think you should be able to go for a small game. Try out the army and play with it.

Experience gives knowladge =)
I'd advise to not take Knights, since they have been lost alittle power in the current 8th Edition.
