Do I really need to say more, when I got the e-mail, I was fuming, I knew this would happen, it is just like 40k, half the armies are 2 editions behind. Instead of updating armies that are still in 6th (ogres, brets, WE, TK) BAM we get the HE bomb. GW explain yourself or die.

It's just some new models, probably due to having the sculpts done for the boxset, not a new book.

WEs are a very popular army for fantasy, they won't be left off the menu for long.

Like Harrower said, it's just a second wave of models, not a new army book. There's no need to get in a huff about it.
All signs point to Tomb Kings being the next Army book to come out in November.

Why can't people read? And tomb kings will probably show up in December.

If the tomb kings get some new models with the army book, that will be excellent!!!

As said, it is just a second wave with no new army book.
It is a usual procedure to update the armies in the starter set with models soon after the release, for obvious economic reasons. Skaven are almost updated, but even they get some new models soon. High Elves need it more, even if their standards seem neglected.
BTW Tomb Kings are not November and pretty sure not December. Guess O&G are next, let's see.

Actually with IoB coming out in September I wouldn't put it past them to at least try to capitalize on HE sales. I'm glad that they're not actually getting a new book as it might have started them on a spiral leading to WHFB's version of Space Marines. I'm still expecting to see a big increase of HE players due to the starter, new ASF and the other boosts they got.
O&G wouldn't be next they're still fairly recent, right? More so than Wood Elves. They even recently got their second wave release. I'm hoping TK are higher on that list.

That's a good point, iirc corrextly O&G were the first army to be updated after 7th ed. so it could quite likely be them.
As has already been made crystal clear to you, its just a new wave of HE models, as opposed to a new army book, skaven may also get some new models, as they're in the starter set too, though skaven have had some new models and a new army book not long ago.

I wouldn't mind if HE got a new book to nerf them essentially having the DE army's special rule in addition to their own....
But then again, I'm a DE player who plans to start a small HE army, so they have higher priority to me than WE/TK...
