Any Opinions On This Guy?
Never seen him used buts seems he could lay down some ranged hurt and with warp time, gift of chaos and a force weapon with four attacks he could do some damage in close combat.

CSM is a codex with some of the best HQ options in the game, and the only problem is that there are only 2 slots on the FOC. Personally, I don't think that Ahriman is so much better than a DP that I want to spend the extra points and FOC slot on him.

Unrelenting Rubric Terminator of Tzeentch

I've only ever seen him used in a 500 point game. That didn't go well.
He seems too expensive for what he does. I'd rather take a Sorcerer with Warptime and/or Wind of Chaos and save the points. Bolt of Change isn't that impressive (21.2% chance to pop a rhino).
A Sorcerer with Mark of Tzeentch and Warptime is only 155 point (95 points cheaper than Ahri) and is almost as good in CC (only difference being Ahri's ability to use the force weapon twice instead of once). With those 95 points you could buy an oblit or a small Havoc squad (one oblit has a 14.8% chance of popping a rhino with a Lascannon but has a much better range and doesn't have to worry about psychic defences) to replace the lost ranged power of the BoC.
I could see him used with a Thousand Sons squad to provide a close combat punch while augmenting the squads AP3 fire, as Warptime+WoC can wreck plenty of assault units.

Warplord Titan Princeps of Tzeentch
Pat that askala, O-H-I hate this stupid state

I have used him a few times just to spam GoC. He can use it three times in one phase and can do so because it is not a psychic shooting attack. He IMO is not worth his hefty points but can be fun. What rustyknight suggested is a much better option.

Gork
For a spacemarine with a couple psychic shooting attacks an ap 3 bolt pistol a force weapon and a few extra wounds Ahriman is waaayyyy overpriced. He'd make sense around 150 points. As is no. not unless its some special story scenario.
As a general rule you dont want to pay more than 200 points for a guy who doesnt have eternal warrior.

Rotting Sorcerer of Nurgle

He sucks, GW made sure of that in the CSM FAQ.
If you want him, you want him. Other that 1-2 gimmicks he offers little and takes much away from the rest of the list.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

I love him, but he's not very competitive. Best thing with him is wind of chaos + warptime, but you can do that cheaper with a normal demon prince or sorcerer.
You'll like him until you play someone with psychic hood basically, and realize your ridiculously expensive character is not the awesome beast you want him to be.

GoC from LR spam is fun but gimmicky and gets old quick.

Rotting Sorcerer of Nurgle

He costs a loyalist Land Raider...which is taking points away from the rest of the list.
His primary gimmick is triple gift. Due to the mechanism going off at the beginning of a round, the operational range is stuck at 6"...horrible really.
As for the first part of my post....just read the GW CSM FAQ.
It takes away how people thought he was used before, as a triple BoC, triple Wind, triple Doombolt platform.
I suggest just using the model and regular Sorc. Lord and be happy IMO. And Rune of Warding laughs at him and a fluffy/true Thousand Sons army....pretty sad. Oh yea...the hate runs strong in Nurgle followers.
