I'm now making 1000pts Chaos Space Marine list. In hurry. Because,Maelstorm Games offer sale till Aug 1.
Anyway,here is my list

I would play this as Alpha Legion or IronWarriors.
This will be my First punchers for CSM.
Should I drop Daemon Prince & give marine Rhinos? Adding Rhino is bit expensive for me($$$) but yeah if must....
2 battleforce + Prince + Rhino+Melta Bitz? hmmmm
But yeah I can get 16 zerker & 10 posseed too. Thats nice.

Your infantry NEEDS to mech up. It's not really a question: footslogging CSM suck. At 1,000 points I'm running 3 squads in Rhinos. Expensive money-wise, perhaps, but completely necessary.

Why take Tzeench princes? The 4+ invul vs. 5+ isn't *that* big a deal, and you're only using them for Warp Time anyway. Might as well go Nurgle + Warptime. I prefer the Lash Prince but whatever.

Berzerkers are fine, you just need to do the Rhino Powerslide: drive up 12, blow smoke, next turn disembark 6 + 2" to the back of the base then assault.

Well if you are going to be playing chaos marines, you are going to need rhinos. CSM really revolves around rhinos in all honesty. They dont footslog well.

As to this list, rhinos are deff needed. You probably could drop warptime if you are looking to shave points. In a 1000 point list, warptime is a luxury more than it is a necessity.

Yes, drop the prince. Footslogging marines are less than meh.

Also, dropping the champion will save you another 30 points. I personally hate champions, they never really make a difference, IMO.

I'd definitely recommend rhinos, but there's 2 other changes I'd make. put in some zerkers instead of one troop choice, and switch princes to lash over warptime.

While maintaining the orginal flavour of your list, I suggest you drop a prince and add 3 rhinos with the daemonic possession upgrade.

Why daemonic possession good? Do rhino shoot?

I play this for a while then I think about expending!

It looks ok.
First things you should look for when expanding are supporting elements in the hvy support choices IMO.
Though the prince is really pricey at 1000 pts.

If your taking Bezerkers you must go Khorne and take a Chaos Lord in Termie armor w/ deamon weapon and personal icon for that close combat hack and slash. Demon Princes really are not impressive and rhino's a must as well as Raptors.

You are missing a few if you are joking around .

Taking Bezerkers does not mean you 'must' go Khorne. I would be nice for theme, but 'theme' is whatever you make it these days.

A lord in Termy armor has no good delivery into combat.
Princes are not impressive, maybe to you, but they are the most economical choice IMO. Maybe expectations are too high in your local meta, or they are used poorly or with no support.

Raptors are not a much either. In most cases another squad of CSM in a rhino is sufficient. Raptors are good if the player is unfamiliar or does not want a mech build or is paranoid about getting into combat a bit faster.
