Im starting an ogre army and I want to make them appear to be heavily influenced by the Empire and Dwarves, but Im not sure exactly how I could do that? can you guys possibly give me some ideas???

some that I have already thought about it having the ogres pants painted in colors of a couple empire.....the word escapes me, sorry.

Im going to paint the skin colors in human skin tones like dwarf flesh and such.

but Im not sure what else to do. would you guys mind lending me a helping hand???

I would personally choose either Empire or Dwarf as an influence, though I guess there is no real reason why they may noyt have bits from all over. Am I correct in thinking that ogres have mercenary status and could have kit from other races that way, as well as potentially as spoils of war.

Do ogres make there own stuff as they probably wouldn't be able to actually use dwarfish gear without some modification

Get Empire or Dwarf shields and stick'em on the Ogres you could also use the Empire great cannon and Dwarf cannon for leadbelchers but that might be going a bit far.

You could use a dwarf shield as the gut plate for your general or even a couple of ogres, hand guns would be popular, maybe get some of the empire/dwarf cannon sprue and mix it in with some leadbelchers.

There is a Man Eater that was made to look like he's fought for the Empire, you could use him as a Bruiser or Tyrant.

You could make a scrap launcher but replace the cart itself with a Empire Mortar stuffed with weapons like the Leadbelchers. Even use a Leadbelcher Gnoblar with the torch to be lighting it.

I can't really think of alot for the Dwarf part of it besides what I've said because alot of the Dwarf gear that would be taken would be too small for ogre to wear or make use of.

Oh you could get the Anvil of Doom and strap it on the end of a branch to be a seigebreaker.
