Hi,
I bought from a friend 6 Space Marine Land Speeders already assembled and I want to improve the clear stick base to model attachment. Currently it is separable for transport, but I'm looking for suggestions on how to base something that will stay together through the game.

I'd appreciate hearing how you do it with your flying creatures and vehicles.

Drill out the 1mm mounting hole to 3mm.

Snap off the little peg on top of the upright 'stick'.

Seat model onto stand. The model will sit about 3mm lower, but all of its weight is not being supported on ONE cubic millimetre of brittle acetate.

Or, since I already have the 3mm hole drilled. Fit a 3mm Neodymium magnet into hole and get some of these:
