They probably don't have any FNP. There probably is an apothocary type model that might be able to heal a wound, but FNP itself was probably not even around back when the book was written (or at the very least only avialable on specific units that had the ability added into their cost like the old plague bearers).

Yup... Jayden63 has it...
No, FNP in the DA codex... The apothacary rules in the DA codex follow the 4th Ed. SMs, in that they only prevent a single wound on the command squad, unlike current 5th Ed. SM apothacary rules, which grants FNP... Far superiour to the old rules, but that's what you get with an old codex...
Ask any DE or Necron player (you poor bastards!)
It's just the DAs time to wait...

There is no guarantee that DA will get FNP either when their codex is released. The space puppies didn't get it save one specific unit - Lone Wolves.

The blood angels wouldn't have sold as well if there was a means for army wide FnP already.

the Apot can be used on any squad within range, not just the squad that the Apot is with. By RAW it can even be used to ignore a penetrating hit on a LR assuming the LR got a cover save vs the shot . Unlike FnP it helps vs plasma weapons as well. Its just ignored by PWs in CC and weapons that would cause ID. DA can also have several Apots which helps out the same squad.
