Hi all. I'm looking for inspiration for my cadians, but GW's cadians are unrealistic

Word of advice: Don't paint them in under a minute like me. They come out looking crappy.




Look at pictures of real soldiers to give you ideas for camo or ideas for conversions.

Well, I guess I probably wouldn't be the best source of inspiration, as I modeled my cadians after the GW studio models (khaki fatiques with green armor). I simplified the vehilcle scheme a bit so I could paint it with an air brush, though. Here are a few shots from my gallery:
