I want to do a mostly infantry army, focusing on a decent gunline and the old witch.
Thoughts?
(I'm thinking of cutting the kossite unit down to six and bringing in a widowmaker marksman.)

Kossite Woodsmen (Leader and 9 Grunts)
Widowmakers (Leader and 3 Grunts)
Winter Guard Mortar Crew (Leader and Grunt)

I'd drop the Kossites, as they're mostly useless. With that many Winter Guard, I'd definitely try to fit Joe in somewhere, as For The Motherland is invaluable with the Rifle Corps' low RAT. If you're replacing the Kossites (which, again, you should) I'd use the last 4 points for a Marksman and Kell Bailoch, assuming you want to stick with the shooty theme. Just remember that you're going to have pretty big problems with stealth heavy lists like the Goreshades and Kaelyssa. If you move up to 50, I'd definitely squeeze in some melee units, or at least a Spriggan for flares.

i see winterguard without joe, thats not good. drop the decimator and the widowmakers, add behemoth, drop the kossites to a min unit and get joe in there.

i still think your going to be dissapointed with the decimator. he is marginally good in CC and horrible at the shooting game without dumping 3 focus into the cortex.
the behemoth gives you more armor, more boxes and more versailitiy. you have a double bombard gun platform backed up by 2 AP fists that hurt jacks more then the decimator ever will.

I think I might buy both models and alternate them in the basic list to see which strategy I like more, with my main focus still being shooty infantry.

I've never been disappointed in my Decimator, though I usually bring mine with Zerkova and put him on watch.
You've added Joe, which is VERY good with all that Winter Guard.
If you change out the 'caster to eSorscha, you'd have yourself the beginnings of a very nice themed force that, on the feat turn, could very well tear through any number of jacks!

I do plan on getting the epic sorscha, too, but I think I'll mostly stick with the old witch.

Have you thought about swapping strakhov into that list? Giving a large group of winterguard stealth would be nice + sentry on the mortar early game, and switch it onto the other winterguard unit when the gak hits the fan would be killer. I knocked out most of an army with sentry + mortar combo. Joe + Sentry = three shots from a squad each turn. Strakhov also adds quite a bit of shooting power to the army. I have not had a chance to look at the new widowmaker marksman, but I hear it is very good if you have a widowmaker squad, would probably be better to have than Kell Bailoch.
Also, can rockets be added to the riflemen? If so, I would think about adding a few of them.
