Are all those assault weapons in that second Tactical squad options?
If it was me - Id drop the jump backs and put the assault troops in a rhino - or just make them Tacticals keeping the powerfist.
Id get some sponsons on that predator
I like the command squad - very shootie.

Good point - its not that the jump packs are bad. Adding more armored hulls is what I was going after. I think going completely mechanized is stronger than having a unit outside.

Deepstriking assault troops, Im not sure about that. Landspeeders and Terminators are good deepstrikers in that that can blast away the turn they show up. Assualt troops deepstriking make good targets... Better use of them as a deployed counter assault unit. Give them flamers, hide them behind terrain or rhinos.

This is not legal. You can only have 1x special weapon and 1x heavy weapon. You have to pick only 1 from flamer, meltagun and plasmagun.

I don't like the predator without sponsons. 60 points for an autocannon seems a waste. Change the 2nd tactical squad to having just flamer/ ml and drop the combi on the captain. That gives you 25 points to put heavy bolter sponsons on the predator.

As Dracos said, you can only have one special weapon (Flamer, Melta, Plasma) and one heavy weapon (Heavy Bolter, Missile Launcher, Multi-melta, Plasma Cannon, Lascannon). You can't have more than one special, as you have. You must choose one.
Also, I'd advise strongly against taking a Crusader over a Redeemer. Redeemers are better in almsot every way. Think about it this way: 6/12 (depending on whether or not you're in rapid fire range) S4 AP5 shots, which roll to hit with re-rolls. Or, you could have 2 Flame templates at S6 AP3! Against a marine squad, in cover or out, you'll kill about 2 marines with the Hurricane Bolters, whereas you kill squads at a time with a Redeemers Flamestorm Cannons. Talking from experience, it's better to take a Redeemer.

redeemer sucks. bad. allways (well most of the time). when you're close enough to flame, he's close enough to melta, plus the crusader can fire ALL of his weapons at combat speed, chewing on infantry and cookin' a tank.

I fixed the special weapon crap that i've done (thanks for pointin' that out - multiple times)
also, i found out you only get 1 plasma in a command squad. any idea, where could i get 3 more?

i would say keep the command but i think the assult would benifit a armoured roof above their heads for the safe feeling they can survive a turn or more across the board

Hi,
This is definitely a nice start to an Ultramarines list. There are a few things you have that aren’t quite kosher though, so I’ll go over them with you. I’ll also comment on each unit, just in general, to let you know my opinions on them.

The Captain in this squad is nice, but I would give him 2 LC’s if you're going to give him a LC at all. If you go the route of Combi-Plasma, give him either a Relic Blade or Power Fist. You want the ability to take out most infantry with relative ease, so you want to have a Power Weapon that’ll make it easier for you. LC’s, Relic Blades, Power Fists, and Thunder Hammers help out tremendously this way.
Your Command Squad, on the other hand, seems a tad over the top on Plasma. I would consider taking 2 Plasma Guns instead, and give the other 2 Melta’s or Flamers. Being versatile in this case would help you out more. Also, if you’re going to equip them with a heavy Shooting artillery, you might want to transport them in a Rhino instead, so now you can shoot a couple of those guns when you’re moving inside the vehicle.

Great start for your Tact Squads, except I’d definitely put some Power Weapons on those Sgt’s. I’d also try to find the points for another Rhino for that other squad. And if you have the models for it, try Combat Squading them, and leave the Heavy Weapon in the back, while the Sgt and other Special Weapon moves forward. This way, you potentially can take advantage of all of your weapons each turn.

I’m not a fan of taking different weapons with Terminator Assault Squads, but to each their own. I like TH/ SS better b/c they’re much more versatile. Also, Land Raiders in this size of a game are very expensive to take. With those points, you can easily max out your Terminators, and then you can have 5 of each weapon type. But if you insist on playing a LRC, definitely give it Extra Armor. There’s nothing more wasteful than having 200 points of Terminators in a LR that can’t move due to being Stunned. It’s worth the 15 points, trust me on this one.

Now that's good advice!!
You know, there is a second rhino in the army I just forgot to mension it.
Icould replace the plasma weapons in the Tac and two plasma guns in the command squad for sponsons (although IMO plasmas are so SHOOTY, and i love'em).
I hate flamers, and paying 15 points to have a beter chance at killing someone prior to an assault (in wich you're gonna wipe'em out anyway) just doesen't seem worth it to me.
