So I've decided what I want to do for my Barrow Kings army's Tomb Scorpions subsitute is some sort of undead snake. Any ideas? Or just straight sculpt?

lt in one respect, they're fiddly, on the other hand most of the pieces are very similar so if you made a master rib with attatched spinal bit and cast about a thousand of them you could string them together using a piece of wire down the spine, your'd need smaller bits for either end but the middle section could be standardised and then you'd need a snake skull

I guess I could just kill a snake, drop it in bleach and then glue the skeleton back together...

How big are you looking for? I found a wonderful toy called skeleflex that I have used for my nids. I used it to make a snake lower half for a carnifex. I have pics of it in my gallery if you need a size idea.

Sweet, thanks Fallenbourne, but it's a little too big. Although I'm sure I'll use it for something else eventually.

but then you would have killed a lovely snake! and you'd have to find several that are the right sizes!

You could probably file down some left over sprues into the shape you need. And then make it look all nice and pretty with the greenstuff.
