I was told twin Slaan are evil (as in ) does anyone agree with that
Lords
Slaan+Focus(Life)+Rumination+Chanelling Staff=340
Slaan+Focus(Light)+Rumination+Cupped hands=370
Heroes
Skink Chief+ BSB+Ancient Stegadon+Stegadon War-spear=405
Core
30xSaurus+Spears+Champ+Musician+Banner=390
30xSaurus+Spears+Champ+Musician+Banner=390
Special
20xTemple Guard+Revered+Sword of the Hornet+Musician+Banner+Razor Standard=425
20xTemple Guard+Revered+Sword of swift slaying+Musician+Banner+Jaguar Standard=405
Rare
Ancient Stegadon=275
Toral=3000
So all the blocks are 6 wide, professor light and doctor life are able to channel me to near 12 power dice each turn, and then generate 1 free rumination die for each spell (should be 3 or 4 noone casts more than that nowadays) Cupped hands keep Light safe from his 1st miscast whyle Life will rely on throne to keep him safe, the two of them can potentially make my saurus into T8, WS10, I10, double M, ASF, +1A monsters that cause 2D6 S4 autohits each magic phase.
Add in the temple guard themselves one unit (razor one) with 4+ regen and two stegadons to impact and stomp stuff i dislike and we're in business.

Two Slaan look nasty but i wouldn't say evil. With 710 points between the two if either died it would really hurt you. And your opponent should definitely have more units on the field and could potentially overwhelm even your super buffed saurus.

The Two Slaans and two Stegs make it OTT. No fun to play against with almost certainty, but if that's not a big deal to you who cares? :]

I wouldn't have an issue against your list. But I'm of the opinion that if your book has the rules and allowances for something, then you should be able to use it or make the combos.

As a noob i like this list for its abilty to give me a chance of winning and the fact i won't need as many models as a regular 3k army would.

I agree that if the rules allow it then it is legal.
But it is definitely for a tournament style of play and not a friendly game.

My sense of decency in the world hurts looking at this list. :( However, I do love seeing anything that will beat the uberbroke Daemon list.

It can have a nasty magic phase sure, but you have a pretty compact army. Couple things though.
1. Why have the BSB on the Skink Chief? Might has well have it on a Slann.
2. Slann powers - your looking at 4 spells each - might as well tool them up some with Becalming, Loremaster ability, etc. I would drop the items and standards from the Temple Guard units and beef them up if you can fit them in the points percentage.
3. Temple Guard die pretty easy in HTH now - your looking at a 4+ AS in HTH with an Int of 1 or 2.
4. Channeling 12 dice? Your magic phase would be somewhat lacking if you roll 3 or 4 for winds of magic. On average you'll get 7, so its not a guaranteed you'll get uber buffs.
5. Stegs are okay, but with no more autobreaking from terror/fear, they aren't what they used to be. Figure in just about everything they hit will be steadfast, you'll be tied up for awhile. Also with the new cannon rules and such, it only takes 1 cannonball to pretty much wipe out the crew and the character up top.
Either way - its probably way too compact for my tastes for a lizardmen list and especially considering it's 3000 points, I wouldn't call it an "evil" list.

1. The original slaan couldn't fit it in their 25% pts allowance the list was changed up a bit before i posted.
2. Both have loremaster, may get becalming in tho, good point.
3. Well both champs have ASF weapons and they will be the first to get buffed and regrown when combat ensues.
4. Yea sure not 12 more like 9 still good and i still get the rumination dice to help out.
5. Ahh cannons how they love the net of amyok. And stegs are quite fond of life bloom too. Oh and the enemy unit is fighting the steg alone then i deserve to loose it i mean really, beasts need support.
Thats just it, i want it compact so i can have it ready in time, since i only have 3 moths and a limited budged – less models is good
Keep in mind i don't wanna win the tourney i just wanna be not last seeing as im the newest WHFB player there, i've gots exparience against me

I have never tried dual slann, but have seen it run...
Its not that good.
90% of the time one of your slann is sitting there playing with himself because you only rolled like a 5 for power dice.
Two level 4 wizards just doesnt work in this edition, you can rarely get the power dice to support it.

I agree with this. Can't your opponent just use his own magic phase to dispel any remains in play spells that you've cast on your saurus? Or has that changed?
I've watched a few games of lizardmen in this edition, and WoC particularly can just tear them up. Your Temple Guard and Saurus are going to take a pounding once you get into hand-to-hand, and you have so few units.
It is an "evil" list in that it is constructed with that intent, it seems. But I don't think dual-slann is the best the lizardmen have to offer. Add to that the fact that in any setting outside of 'Ard Boyz your opponents will resent playing against such a list, I think it'd be worth it to change it up a bit.
Things that are awesome that you're missing:
-Salamanders! No more partial hits, what's not to love? Against something like WoC mentioned above, these guys would own and really help you out.
-Terradons to take out the aforementioned cannons, or chameleon skinks- something, anything with some mobility. Besides the stegs, you're at movement 4, and not going anywhere fast.
Imho it's a rather one-dimensional list that will be beaten badly by other "truly evil" lists out there. I think it'd be more effective to go with a single slann and temple guard, adding in the discipline that discards an enemy wizard's 6's- that way they won't IF Dweller Below or the like and take him out. Then add in some of the things that your list is sorely lacking for the points that he and the second block of temple guard are taking up.
I'm also interested to see how unit sizes play out in this edition. I think I'd be much more scared of a single block of temple guard (without changing the number you're taking, you could put them in horde formation at 40-strong and 10-wide) that is large enough to either dish out some hurt, or stick around, rather than two smaller units. I know they're expensive, but if you're taking them anyway, it's a thought.
Just my $0.02

Can't tbe dispelled as most aren't remains in play, but spells that last more than one turn ( BRB page 36), only throne of vines and shield of thorns are listed as remains in play.
As for the other points like i said im lookin to be not last at my first tournament and save some paintin/assemblin time by having fewer models
