Hey,

I'm looking to pick up some quickshade strong and matt varnish, as well as a black dip, but i'm curious as to what companies would carry similar products that are available in Canada since they can't be shipped up here from the u.s - Alternatively if someone was willing to ship some up here that would be amazing too!

If you think your important, in the great scheme of things. Do the water test.

Put your hands in a bucket of warm water,
then pull them out fast. The size of the hole shows how important you are.
I think we should roll some dice, to see if we should roll some dice, To decide if all this dice rolling is good for the game.

ebay's not going to work as it's not allowed to be shipped internationally. He's in Canada, those auctions are from the UK. Same problem with getting it in from the states.

I did a complete army of nids dipped in minwax polyshades (back when I was in canada, i bought it at home depot) to good results. I hit them with a matt varnish after the fact. quickshades strong is probably either ebony or antique walnut.

Matt Varnish: there's a ton of alternatives to army painter brand, krylon makes a good one (look for it at art stores or dare say it, walmart) Testor's dull coat is the gold standard. The nice thing about trying out a few from walmart / can tire / home depot / rona are the selection of brands.

Army Painter does have a few retailers in Canada, which you can view on their website. Presuming that you don't live near one of their locations, Minwax is a great alternative, as the guy above me said.
