Was hoping to get some opinion's on this model i just painted up, and perhaps some tips or techniques i can use to take my painting up a few notches.
Also more specifically how can i add some nice fluffy snow to the base.

Thanks.

I love it! All you need to do now is drill out the barrels and paint the base.

In my opinion, from what I can see via this picture, it is VERY good.

Snow on the base might help, but snow bases are notoriously hard to pull off.

Fantastic work here!

There's no apostrophe on plurals - so "Opinions" not "Opinion's" - the latter is a contraction for "Opinion is" which doesn't make much sense! Likewise with "pupil's" - sorry to be pedantic, but I can see you're new here and bad punctuation bugs the hell out of me

The work you've got here is nice - really nice. You've got a nice desaturated color scheme that really lends itself well to the style of painting you've got. As has been mentioned, drill the barrels out on the stormbolter, and paint the pupils on Logan's eyes. I would dress the axe up a bit too. Right now there's a great place for a gem (the diamond on the head) and the blade could use some dressing up. If you've got more models painted up to this standard, don't hesitate to post them! You've got some excellent work here.

Edit: Also, the green eyes on the wolf are a bit offputting. They're flat and very bright.

Thanks for the comments,

After staring at the model for a bit I completely agree the green eyes are a bit much. I'm going to redo them in a darker color and try to give them more depth.
As for the ax I think a cool way to dress it up would be with a bit of gore, I'm going to give that a try and see how it turns out.
