I'd give your sorcerer Mark of Slaanesh and the Lash.

Perhaps think about dropping a man from each CSM squad and then replacing the sorcerer with a DP?

I think that pretty much works out points-wise and gives you a much more hard core HQ. Just need to be careful to keep him behind the rhinos and/or in CC

You've got big problems with Mephiston, Try to take him out from a distance, use weapons with a ap value of 3 or less... obliterators should work nicely (If you can fit them in)
Also rather use a DP with warptime, IMO it stands a better chance in cc against Mephiston than the sorcerer.
But avoid cc with Mephiston and try to shoot the hell out of him.

Take a slaaneshi DP and two CSM units with power fists and plasma guns.
Stay back in cover and target him from far until he reaches your front ranks.
You need all your units to take him on.
