Ive been wondering what branch would be better for me but I seem to be torn between them, any opinions?

Both mean bullet magnets if that's any difference.
Of everybody i've talked to who's come out of the Army, they say do another branch, such as Navy or Air Force.

Depends on what you want to do in the service. Perhaps if you could elaborate on your motivations we could be more useful.

This is highly dependent on your MOS. In either branch, if you have a combat MOS then you could easily be involved in direct combat. Also, in either branch if you have a non-combat MOS, you could just as easily never see combat, but it still depends. Neither branch is a guarantee of being in combat, but sometimes weird things happen too.
It really depends on what you want to do, so more info would be helpful.

From what I've seen, if you're going in as Enlisted, then Army and AF are best, Navy and MC are worst, in terms of you Officers treat Enlisted.
The reverse is true if you're going in as an Officer (Navy, then MC, treat their Officers best).

From what I understand - the Army can guarantee you a certain MOS when you enlist.. the USMC will assign you wherever they see you fit in.
