My battle-buddy and I were looking on the Forge World site and looked upon the wondrous beauty of the etched brass plates they produce. But then we were wondering, how are these used? Does anyone out there have any pics using these things? Are they worth the price?

It depends on what brass kit you are talking about, the marine ones are for shoulder pads and vehicles to use them on the pads you need to bend them to shape first then glue them with super glue then paint as normal. The large eagles look great on buildings.

Try here: It's for conventional scale modelling, but the techniques are the same. http://hawkeyes-squawkbox.com/2009/01/09/modeling-with-photo-etched-parts I think FW SHOULD put instructions for use up on their site - just like their 'how to' guide for resin models (which is still MIA from their site).
