I usually start with a base of darkened Tallarn Flesh, then highlight with either Tallarn or Elf flesh. After that I mix some Tallarn/Elf with some blood red to get a pinkish color. I then go over the tops of the cheeks, tip of the nose, and lips with it. After that I do the eyes and finish with a dilute wash of devlin mud. If i want to add stubble I will mix some tallarn flesh with bestial brown and/or codex black until i get the hue I like and drybrush it on the mouth area and bottom cheeks (this is before the pink for lips and cheeks goes on of course).
