Dude. Take your time and type words out completely.

This isn't a MIRC chat room or you texting your homeboys. You have the time to type things out fully.

I believe that is a berserker just with a different head as the example picture of the Oracles of Change.

I have the same legs, pauldron, backpack, trophy, and torso for my vanilla chaos marines. It's just a red chaos marine.

My thinking was, i have read over and over that people want to make a Tzeentch based army my self included. And i though i would post this so people could use normal CSM in there army and still be loyal to Tzeentch. Just trying to help a little :(

Well, when you're making a Chaos warband you can pick whatever god you like. It's not like the Thousand Sons are the only ones permitted to worship Tzeentch.
Additionally, the Oracles of Change following Tzeentch is likely just inferred by whoever wrote the wiki article. As far as I'm aware there's nothing stating that they don't follow a different god, or all the chaos gods. They do have the Star of Chaos as their icon instead of a uniquely Tzeentchian symbol.

Pre-Heresy Thousand Sons were red with white trim:

Or at least, that's what I've always heard. Google search is telling me that it's indeed red-gold, so maybe it's either both or just red-gold...
Nevermind perhaps!

A lullaby come all the way to New York City--
Come to sing you to sleep."

Yeah, the cover art for HH A Thousand Sons has red with white trim too. That's what I had thought it was.

Regardless of the OoC's true affiliation, its definitely possible to make a Tzeentch warband without Thousand Sons heraldry. I was planning on making one with normal marines and some bits. maybe that's going to far for some though.

I don't think that would be going too far. There are more than just World Eaters as Khornate Berserkers, for instance.
So it would stand to reason that there are more Tzeentch-following marines than just the Thousand Sons.
