I've always wanted to do this with a model, so I finally gave myeslf an excuse to butcher up perfectly good space marine legs.

Wow that is one beasty weapon! I would say that the wire going into the weapon looks a bit odd and clumsy. I love the stance on the mini! The two blade would look much cooler if they were made into one by filling the gap and adding a few teeth at the top

Thanks for the advice! May I ask which wire your refering to? The gituar wire comming from the backpack or one of the wires on the weapon.

Never thought of filling in the blades, might have to consider that an option if I go the more combative route.

It looks awesome, but the weapon looks ork-y. Also, great leg positioning!

i'd leave the blades separate. the irony of an angel using a devil's pitchfork is best left as is. what are you planning on using it as in game? it'd make a great relic blade but i don't think the BA have access to them IIRC.

Hmmm. That is a good question. I have't really thought of that. I was thinking mabe a commander with a master crafted power weapon?

A Relic Blade came to mind, though I don't have a BA Codex.

BA dont have relic blades sadly.

Power sword, thunder hammer and power fist are about the only things they do get for a captain.



You could however remove the bolter and use him as gabriel seth.

That looks sweet. The wire to the weapon makes it look a bit dificult to use though as he wont be able to make full swings without ripping it out. Ambivelent about the coils, could look meh or could look pretty cool after it gets painted.

Thanks for the responses guys! Ive been considering something to do with that wire.

Gaberial Seth also came to mind. If the piece ever recieves game time, it will probaly be ran as a Commander with a Bolter and power weapon.

I've got some conversions on the backpack, but im thinking about just using an Apothacary Backpack because it seems to have some pretty cool equipment on it. With that being said, would a Saguinary priest be a good count-as?

I've also added some gs to the gaps and made them look like chainmail. I realize that the arms must be done next in this fashion. I intend on on adding longer hair to the back of his head, I think that would look really cool with the death mask.

go with seth.. it fits the feel of the model.
