Did they just explode it, or did they just put more colonists on it? The only part they really attacked is the main city....so does that mean they left the rest of it alone?

Yeah I thought something along these lines happened. A part of the reason why Russ took his troops into the eye of terror maybe? Finish the job he didn't get done?

The planet i believe was destroyed, but Magnus used his psychic power sto transport the city to the planet of the Sorcerors (at least, that's what lexicanum says).

Most, if not all, of the Traitor Primarchs home planets were destroyed.

Either by the insane Traitors themselves, or the Loyalists as soon as they possibly could...

Did you read the book...?

Their planet was turned into the home of the sorcerors, which is a warp-fethed planet full of fire and daemons. Ahriman tried for ages to get out but then Daemon-Prince Primarch Magnus rocked up and almost killed him, but Tzeentch bitch-slapped him down and now they serve chaos legit.

Son can you play me a memory? I'm not really sure how it goes...

I think you might be mistaken here.

The city was transported into the eye of terror, and Magnus created a deamon world that resembled Prospero. As for the original planet itself... *shrug*

Oh ok, I'm not sure why I assumed it was the entire planet. The city is now on the planet of sorcerers, anyway.

Hell, Aquarius, I haven't read the book. I'm just going off the plenty of other fluff concerning the traitor primarchs and their origins.

Who cares what the craptacular BL book said. Real Manly fluff for manly men who play 40K had the entire world being teleported into the EOT. Quite a moving passage too.
This wasn't BL nonsense but a real codex. So still holds. All true followers of Tzeentch know this to be true, the rest are heretics and Imperial spies!

I'd have to wipe my butt with that statement. We all know the BL books are written but wussy Nancy boys and Space Wolf fellow travellers.
Codex beats BL nonsense. I'll not have muck on the same level as villagers sticking rocks in the guns on Falcons and blowing them up messing up the true vision of our feared Thousand Sons, our thousand bastard sons of a thousand..er..service providers...

Fun Fact: Only Traitorous Primarchs had their home-worlds destroyed.

-Looks at Caliban-
-Looks at the big "Unknown" where Alpharisus's Home Planet is-

Yup, Just as Planned.

Well, some of the Dark Angels did INDEED turn traitor against... something, or someone.

But the DA's covered that up nicely!

Somehow!

(I'd love to hear the explanation for the planet going BOOM. Probably just blamed it all on Horus and his gang!)

As for Alpharius' home planet - its identity has NEVER been revealed, so, I suppose it could still be out there, somewhere!

That's a belief which -in light of the very poor quality of some of the HH writing and some of the absolutely horrid retcon/mistakes that have been made with what was previously cannon- is is truely saddening to me...

As for traitor Primarch planets, Olympia (Perturabo) still exists, though its now a barren wasteland. Also, I don't believe we know the home planet of Angron, so that may still be around too. Although I'm sure since he's not as secretive as Alpharius though, it may have been uncovered.

I would count Caliban as destroyed. Since half the Legion rebelled and well over half of the planet was destroyed, I'd say they demolished the traitor parts.

Why do you think Olympia still exists?

The SM codices listed the planets in a chart ( SM 5th ed => page 8 ):

later destroyed:
- caliban
- chemos
- Olympia
- Nostramo
- Barbarus
- Prospero
- Cthonia
- Colchis

only the home of the WE and AL was left out as unknown.

there was some speculation that Angron blew up his own homeworld. You know. Cause hes angry like that. The Alpha Legions homeworld is Bedok. Which is located somewhere on the eastern fringe. Or maybe it isnt.

Oh, just from memory. I was only off by one though.

Since Prospero is listed as destroyed, we can assume that anything that wasn't transported to the PotS was annihilated by the Wolves. They were angry after all.
