I was baffled and started to laugh

Might not be related to today but finally choosing an army and colour scheme to restart this hobby always makes a day good lol.
Next stop is to actually learn how to play the game which will happen in 3 or 10 days time. lol

Stealthy Space Wolves Scout

Copied from my topic:
"Today I played for the first time with my Lizardmen army, 1000 points and demolished Warriors of Chaos.
I came home, pretty happy with myself, and my Neighbour then asked as I got out of my car if I wanted any of his kids Warhammer.
I said "Sure." I got a box. A big box.
Going through it, there must be over £500 worth (IG, Orkz and SM), ranging from 3rd to 5th edition. All for free."
Safe to say, that made my day.

Hi all! Congratulations JohnScott10 on your beginning a grand new hobby!
I was playing against someone who was slaughtering me years ago. He sat on my casualties...pewter high elf spearmen. He immediately yelped and jumped up, but there were several spears stuck in his butt and I laughed so hard as the high elves hung on for dear life, giving their all to repel the giant invader, ha ha! (He was okay, just scratches)

Dwarf Runelord Banging an Anvil
Way on back in the deep caves

I was painting shield designs one day when my wife asked if I could paint something on her fingernails. It was easter time, so I painted a rabbit with a basket of eggs and a duckling with some flowers. Nearly every holiday since, I am asked to paint something seasonal on not only her nails, but her mothers and sisters as well. This has yielded many suprise gifts from the FLGS for me over the years.
