For my Captain I am thinking of giving him a giant power ax. Using the handle from the Death Company Thunder hammer and an ax head similar to the one in the pic, does anyone know where I could pic up an ax head like this one? Thanks!

Or if you want a more tech like one, some of the boyz in the black reach set have decent ones.
throw 2 of those together and its pretty big and looks advanced.

They are two headed power axes, but i want something that is just on the edge of power weapon and thunder hammer type weapon.

You may just need to kit-bash then if you want the length or the 2-handed awesomeness of a thunderhammer. Cut the head of the hammer off, and replace it with the head of an axe.
This guy comes to mind when kit-bashing an axe together. Normally it's a power staff, but with minimal effort, you've got a long axe. You may want to do something similar.

...Wait, I thought you were looking for axe heads to put on the end of a thunder hammer?
Not to mention the fact that the Sanguinary Guard axe is about as large as a Thunder Hammer...

Found one in the black orc set.
It is the one in the lower right corner of the first sprue.
Any orkyness I figure I can just scrape away.
