has anyone ever done a campaign where it starts off as a battle fleet gothic game then goes to planetary empires them apocolyps and some smaller skirmishes followed by a inquisitor battle it would be an epic saga

To be honest, this sounds like a terrible idea. A combined BFG/Epic or Planetary Empires campaign would work, but who wants to learn five different rulesets and create five different armies for one campaign?

It would work with just BFG and regular 40K (in all its flavours - Apoc, Planetstrike, etc.). I don't think throwing Inquisitor into the mix would really add anything except confusion.

And Planetary Empires isn't so much a 'rule set' as it is a 'cop out' - the tiles are nice though. Just use 'em with your own rules.
