Hey guys (and fellow girls if there are any..)
I'm relatively new to 40k, and as a female I get a fair bit of attention when I play...
I currently play Daemons, specifically Slaanesh and Khorne, but planning on branching out as my skills improve 
If there are any other girl warhammer players out there, please let me know!!

Hello, welcome, hope you find as much help and inspiration here as we have... we being a couple... we haven't seen many women playing where we go, but I'd think Warmachine might attract more girl players as there are girl models/minis, and there are quite a few Female HQ choices so to speak.... We play 40K , Val is ORKS, I'm SM. We are ordering some Warmachine stuff this week... looks to be fast and fun... and play better in the space and time we have with 2 kids.....

Welcome to dakka! Daemons are a cool army to play with, though I'd imagine they'd be hard to start out with. Ah well, for every new player who doesn't play Marines, the Emperor kills a daemon! Though...I assume for you that would actually be a bad thing.

 Daemons were the only army that appealed to me, space marines are so.... common.... no offense to enthusiasts I wanted a slimmer army, so daemons is what I got!!

Lol yes, Marines are common, because hey....There are what? 5 codexes for Marines at this point? But yes...always nice to meet someone who's NOT another Spess Mehreen player. But yes...if you want to avoid Marines, Traitor Guard is always an option as you expand your army.

I was however considering Blood Angels.... But grew out of that phase pretty quick. When my dameon army's complete I'm leaning towards Eldar....
