Hey guys. I need to tell you a story. at least 14 months i've been working at a place called Hiveworkshop.


Reasoning
I joined a group called HiveWorkshop. And I enjoyed my time there but then I joined a group called the daily peon. It was a group WC3 terraining group where you make pictures of ingame plots.
And you were able to make your own nation and Character etc. At first I joined this one guy called Trolman. And Later on I saw him as an evil Tyrant and left to make my own nation.

Later on I found a stone called the Nether gem and went to a world Called Quaji'd. There I made allies and made a new nation. Though according to most members who had done something even 2x times more ridiculous than (i.e making a planet from destroyed asteroids) they called it stupid and a little bit of a dumbass way of making a new nation. But Over time i made a very custom nation.




And over 4 months I made a super Empire that rivaled that of any other nation. But I had to retreat through a portal back to azeroth losing 1/3 of my forces. In the DP 4 months is like 5 years. And over 5 more months i rebuilt my empire in Northrend. And Became the 2nd most powerfulest player. But i kept myself in isolation and did not fight anyway. Instead I made dipolmacy with many nations. And people liked me because I was decideing to become a dipolmat.




But the guy I had as a leader hated me because of all the things i did. I made orders and unquie units that could counter many of his units. But campagins came up and he couldn't fight me. But then diaster struck as my captial lands were attacked by Yoggie Sarron and 3/4 of my forces escaped to a new planet called Quaji'll. My forces were scattered in a few remaining Isles.



But with my leadership I slowly rebuilt and established a paradise Island. But Then something happened. A civil war in my empire erupted. As many players called me rigged for having so many of a variety of different units. So in order to solve this I made a civil war to kill off alot of my main characters.




I was getting ready to finish my civil war then all of a sudden trolman along with all of his allies attacked me, along with my own allies who had seemed to be double agents. Working for Trolman to trick me into letting my guard down. But What they did not expect was for me to do one thing. Activate a Generator that could teleport all my remaining forces out of the isles. And thus rescuing my forces.




Apparently to them my lore did not make any sense. As it was just random and childish to them. But to many of my friends and Writing pals. They thought it far out did my fellow DPers. As most of them were in it since like 6 months before I got on. As such they thought i was stupid and never listened to me, until i developed a army that could kill Trolman's forces.



Problem


Trolman is a jerk and a heavy drinker. And he is also kinda of a control freak. Not only that but all the members dislike me because I am the only American in the Entire Group.
I don't know if they are being racist but really?
What should i do?

So, if I understand this thing you do, you create warcraft 3 maps and then tell stories about them in a freeform context then some folks get angsty because your freeform isn't 'realistic' enough?

Daily Peon is a unic roleplay in which members use terrain pictures instead of posts. Right now DP is the group with most posts and pictures on Hive Workshop! To join you must contact Alagremm.

NB! Dont send a request to join the group without telling why do you want to join first to Alagremm! Any join request that will be sent without sending a message describing why do you want to join Daily Peon will be rejected.

Also here are the rules. I only ever broke one. Even though all the members have broken the rules over one time.

Each pic tells a story. Its more of a newspaper article than anything.

The Rules:

1.You cannot break or change Warcraft lore b.D.P(Before Daily Peon).

2.You cannot control the other player's forces unless you have an agreement. You can control small parts of other player's forces for storyline

3.Creating something that is completely alien to Warcraft and DP universe is prohibited

4.Neutral forces can be controlled by players regardless if they are influenced or not by other players

5.You may only use WCIII terrains, terrains from other games or something made completely in paint or something like that is not acceptable

6.Terrain pictures are the only true way of showing something you did in DP

7.You may not create new worlds without agreement with other players

8.Technological level cannot be higher then in WCIII! Using magical analogues is prohibited

9.Hippie lore is prohibited in DP!

10.Always use your common sense.


No its using the map editor to its max. I'm a good terrainer but not as good as everyone as I refuse to use a certain map variate.

I am a Map maker at heart hence why all my hobby time has been drained its because of this group. It was good fun till they all got racist and attacked me.

As you can tell. The rules were a little too board. And they had too little and they also made random things up. I myself just wanted to have fun. Yet they see me as the enemy. Yet 2 members loved my work. And they saw me as a potential good writer. Yet the 5 members that hated me were the bosses and they really don't like anything new or exicting. I wrote a good plot. And they punished me for that. They also didn't like how I was an American as Evilizard (The Hippy) was an American too. And Evilizard screwed up the DP. But they are saying that I screwed up the DP by making an empire powerful enough to over throw the rigged empire.

I still don't get how role playing with pictures works.

Kinda an interesting way to work it. You had to be skilled to get in or very good. I was skilled but apparently not skilled enough for their tastes. Alot of them hate me because I write differently. And they also say they hate me because I remind them too much of the Evilizard Guy. The dude was a jerk i know that. But they say i'm as bad as he is. When A literally have done nothing except build up my forces, and then lost them, over and over again.

So how does it work?

Yeah I know. It was confusing after the first month. Basically we would make a Picture of us. And then we would make a plot line. It is still to this day the most confusing thing I have ever done.

Shadow Blade and the Sacarfice. -note- we swear alot in our writing. I swear the least amount of times.

(And with that Talick the Grand Guardian of time activates the generator. The Island starts to bend out of reality. instantly teleporting to somewhere new. And the Nether Gem glowed with pure light)
Ash: Unfortunately He is walking up to a generator we have no idea what it does.
(The island teleports out of reality and into the other side of the planet.)
Ash: HOLY GAK! whered the island go?

Why don't you try a different roleplaying group? May be hard to find a picture based one but still, better than playing with idiots.

This happens to you quite often I wander why? And this all was not really to kill your forces because well they are beyond op. This was to show you that people don't want you. And it been like this for moths. We at first ignored you but things got of control. Most of us stopped even posting in dp. For god sake you almost killed dp. Don't care if you are stupid or evil but many if not all wants you out of here. You can lie to your self that people like you or something. Maybe that's true somewhere but not here and by things you said at many other places. Nothing you say or do matters. What matters is that we'll save dp from you.

Not only do they have the worst grammar ever! But they simply do not like me. And I asked some Dpers and they said that these 3 just don't like me.

yeah 4 like me because I rebel against the other rpers as I try and tell them that they need to work on their lore as I found their lore confusing as they left huge holes in their lore. The only reason why I skipped around was because they changed what they were going to do. And I thought things like building cities were meanless but to them it was. BUT! 2 of their members built cities and never showed a pic for it

Which is a pretty good rule.
But the group moderator only listens to his honorary members. Even though his Honorary members are just idiots who need to work on their grammar and their work. But most Blizzard fans are jerks. its a common fact.

Believe it or not. I have planned for something a little bit better. I was planning on setting up a prophecy which will royally screw up their stuff forever! I introduced an ulitmate bad guy. Even though some members think he is nice.
The Deceiver the most evil son of a gun I have ever created as he plays with races to kill each other. And so far I have done a fabolous job of making the Players try and kill each other. And this character has royally screwed up their rp.

Basically this thread consists of a 16 year old talking about an issue on in a roleplaying group. A few people making an effort to understand what he is taking about.
