Yep that's it. Some of the other races should have some as well *cough*Tau*Cough*Eldar*cough* but don't for some reason.

The Eldar DID have the Bonesinger for a while though, who if I recall fufilled a similar function.

Yep.

There's honestly no reason at all Eldar can't have Bonesingers, and Tau can't have Fio'la (or Fio'ui), perhaps accompanied by a unit of Fio'vesa, much like Techpriests with Servitors.

Plenty of fluffy examples of Earth Caste engineers and builders accompanying Fire Caste hunter cadres on longer sorties, and every hunter cadre has plenty of Earth Caste support (and Air Caste, but that doesn't really apply here).

Except Tau don't use 'servitors' but drones, which would be kor'vesa.

Look at the Tau technical drone from IA (and in DoWC, tau use builder drones.)

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

Fio'vesa, actually. Builder drones are a specific subset of drones. Kor'vesa means "air caste helpers." Essentially, gun drones, shield drones, and marker drones are all Kor'vesa because they're used by the Air Caste to aid the Fire Caste (supporting Battlesuits and Fire Caste vehicles) and the Air Caste (providing spotters and markers for Air Caste bombardments and seeker missiles). On the other hand, builder drones are used by the Earth Caste to help the Earth Caste, and the Earth Caste only. Hence, Fio'vesa, or, literally, "earth caste helper."

Minor nitpick, I know, but it's relevant.

Why the drones who support the Fire Caste aren't Shas'vesa, I have no idea, but I don't write the Tau fluff, so.

You would think CSM would get Dark Mechanists too, but noooooo......

I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.
