I have been (slowly) working on some Eldar, i started with another color scheme on the gaurdians... and decided i didn't like it. I haven't gone back to re-paint yet, but this is what i've been working on in the mean time. I hope you enjoy, comments are always welcome, as well as constructive criticism. Picture quality is only so-so... my light box got destroyed in our move.

great work. I cant wait to start my eldar army, i have a killer color scheme in mind. I commend you for painting yellow! Next to white that has to be the most challenging color to paint. Your work looks great, look foward to follow shots of your work

The black line was actually kinda a happy accident, I got some PVA glue on one of my smaller tipped brushes and the bristled save for the very very end got all glued up. But it made for a great line tool, that fit into the groves of the tanks perfectly.

I will be posting more progress of the seer and warlocks as i progress.

Thanks all.

I like the orangey yellow of the minis more than the pale lemony yellow on the tanks. but it could just be the lighting.
Never seen a yellow and white army before , they will really stand out amongst the grim 40k worlds. and i have to agree the lining really makes the tanks pop!

Very nice work, love armies that can use bright colors effectively. Also this reminds me of the person who made some wave serpents out of cheese! Cant wait to see these finished.

I'm a fan of everything yellow, these especially, the tank colour scheme works very nicely. Are you going from Golden to Sunburst (or equivalents) on the Farseer & friends? If so they are going to be lovely and bright, just how yellow Eldar should be. Are you going to tie them in with the vehicles using the white and beige or use something brighter for a bit of contrast?

The same basic color scheme, but i am thinking of working in some purple/pink, there is some dark purple on the tanks, which is hard to see cuz of photo quality. I am going from golden to sunburst with a touch of bad moon.

The yellow and white is nice. Paint seems nice and crisp (neat). Im not a fan of the black outlining though. For me, its too much contrast. I would have went for a darkish orange or red. But thats just me. 8D

I thought about that as well, and I didn't like the way that looked with the tan/bone colors, so i just settled with black.
