It was mentioned in the thread on the Necron monster, but it's such a nice model it's worth discussing separately. I like the way FW went all out and basically made a Grot version of a (naval) Dreadnought. It'd look great escorted by some Grot tanks.

After seeing that earlier, I've got ideas of a grot superheavy with grotbomb launch ramps and a deffkopter landing pad.

What are the weapons?
2 cannons
1 rokkit
2 heavy flamers rear
1 flamer
1 big shoota
1 shoota

Now if it had 8 zzap guns... now that would be impressive.

I love the style, hate the weapon kit out.

Gonads, the weapon kit-out is variable, according to the experimental rules. The turrets can mount KMBs, rokkits, heavy skorchas, whatever. You know, with grot BS, a ton of rokkit launchers on one of these things wouldn't be a bad buy. And the base tank is only 70 points. Not bad.

There's two cannister bombs on the sides too. The rules are clunky, but basically they're 5" blast anti-infantry rounds. Looks like the FW guys wanted to bung some "Depth charges for land" on there.

@entransmission, excellent idea. Grot-carrier with "Tomagrot Krooz Missiles". Add a couple point-defense KMB turrets and you've got a sweet landship.

In fact, this model gets me thinking that I'll have to pick up some damaged battleship model kits to give to our local Orky mechaniak to kitbash. After the dirigible he's planning, that is...

Infinity: Way, way better than 40K and more affordable to boot!

You have 2 Big Turrets which are all TL guns and 3 Small Turrets with normal guns

1/6 chance per turn to not fire at anything but you can fire multiple targets if you can attack. not bad

that proves my point. A grot can be a big mek.

Am I reading this right? So it won't be available to the rest of the world?

All they mean is that it will be available, in limited numbers, at Games day *before* it's official release

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Nice kit, but it needs structure points, even at the cost of a larger points value. Nice firepower, shame about the protection.

To me the real issue is that this model wont be on the table long enough to justify its pricetag.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.
