Its a symbol of Chaos.

The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy.

In your head, screwing with your thoughts...

It's not. Compare the actual Necron symbol to the Chaos star. Then look at him again. I can see where you might make the mistake of confusing the 2, but it has too many lines on the top to be the Necron symbol, and sometimes the sign of Chaos has one (or several) arms longer than the others.

Isn't that a chaos undivided symbol?

Because he was young, easily influenced and was hanging out in the wrong crowds. All his buddies were getting tattoos at the time and he didn't want to feel left out. So, saving up his credits for 3 months he finally went to the tattoo parlor.
"What d'ja want?" said the scary looking man with more piercings than flesh.
"Erm... that one" he said, pointing to the picture of a large panther with the tribal filigree.

Unfortunately for him Bob the Tattoo guy was cockeyed. And drunk.

That's the Star of Chaos, not the Necron symbol.

While it has SOME similarities to the Necron symbol, it's definitely not it. The Necron symbol is closer to an Ankh. The symbol on his chest definitely has eight arms, not five arms and then a crest on top.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

Could be either. Heck, the sculpter might've not even been thinking about the necron star-thing, and just remembered "uhh, chaos has circle with pointy lines. Use this for traitors". Besides, assuming that people who sculpt for FORGEWORLD have a decent grasp upon the fluff/what they're doing, don't you think it makes more sense for it to be a chaos star? I mean, I don't know everything about necrons, but I don't think they have any psychers/powers/any use or abuse of living things, besides, y'know, stealing their souls. The usual stuff.
