									Why take 2 Libbies at all if you're not sure what powers?
 My suggestions would be lance and shield.
 
 Why the Rhino squads? I'd stick with more bodies in the JP assault.
 
 Devs are totally out of place and add basically nothing. A LC/AC Pred would be a better choice. More mobile fire power, same number of shots (2 S7 and 2 S9), but able to actually take out AV14 and a 3rd AV13 vehicle to support the Baal's. On the Baal's I'd probably drop the sponsons as they should be moving 12" most turns so will rarely if ever fire them. I'd also consider with with the flame storm cannon. Do all that and you might even be able to afford another Baal Pred or SP, or Chappy.

									I'm kind of confused by the addition of the rhino, you dont normally see Rhinos in a BA list, as they add nothing to the army...
 Devastators dont really fit into a BA army, youd be better off either dropping them so you can deep strike the entire army or adding something else, along the lines of a rifleman dread or a regular predator.

									Ok so ill drop the devs and add a pred with ac/lc, and the rhinos are there to give cover to the the 2 assault squads with jump packs they do a really good job blocking line of site from the sides and i can change 1 of the libs to a jump chap?

									Well if you give the Libbies Shield of Sanguinius then you've got cover anyway and more mobile bodies.
 By dropping the rhinos and other wasted wargear (like the sponsons on the Baals), you might just be able to sneek in a JP Chappy and still have the 2 Libbies.
 
 If not spend the 100 or so points on  another Baal or another SP and other goodies like powerswords on your assault squads (a necessity) and possibly an infernus pistol here and there.
