So, I have some extra money coming in next week and I'm curious as to what to do with it. It's about 200 dollars not a whole lot but enough to start a third army and I was thinking another 40k army. Now the catch is this, I am running out of room and must be able to keep what ever I get in a single box. . Now for the 40 million dollar question: What to do with the money. I already have an IG army so I can either get something for that, or start another Heres a few ideas I have had

I may be more then a tad bit biased but I'd vote for starting up a Necron army now, the new model looks really neat and they'll be getting an overhaul before your Tau would be.

actually, it looks like tau are scheduled before necrons. as tau are scheduled for sometime next year and between DE, Daemons, Tau and eldar rumors at best it'll be a 3 month window wait for tau after necrons IF they do come in mid 2011

Save the $200 for another 6 years... By that time you should be able to walk into Games Workshop and blow the whole lot on a single tac squad.

I say start a Marine army. With Codex creep and constantly updated units, unit sizes, options and so on within each army, it's nice to have "ol' reliable" Marines who will never get phased into uselessness by rules edition changes, new codex, or any of the stuff that plagues the Xenos armies like that. Roboutte Guilliman saw to that with his rule of 10s. I think every player who's been in it for a while should have at least a small Marine army by the wayside from their main collection. It helps ease over the transitional periods because you know you will always be able to use those figures no matter how much the game changes.

Save that money for a few months then buy new Dark Eldar models!

But seriously, just get what you want. I refuse to vote in this pole, just pick what you like the look of and that is most likely the best option.

lol.... DUH... I just figured out EXACTLY what I need to do...... My army is a tau auxilliary army..... I can use converted drones for HWTs..... as a matter of fact that will be so cheap I can finish all the tau conversions for my army...

You should definitely follow option A, plus with a new codex coming out soon you'll have a new DE codex which hasn't been seen for a decade.

Give it to me.......? Or, as phantommaster says, wait for the new Inquisition, I reckon they can't be more than 6 months away and providing they don't mess it up they should be awesome.
