Yes it really is full size, I'm a solid 6 foot 3 and he towered over me at 7 feet tall.

More to come waiting for files to upload.

Is there someone actually in there, or is it just pose-able?

They had a man in there, so he could walk around, do poses and all sorts of stuff.

Drawing with my finger the human proportions ont he screen, above the image, I can tell that the man inside was quite tall to begin with!

The soles of his shoes where the broader section of the boots.

Can you, Count, estimate how thick (tall) where they?

For example, my rought extimation tells me that his crotch must have been more or less 5mm higher than the suit's crotch (using the pictures scale, of course)... that'd be 7.8cm in actual size?

xDDDDD with that added height I'd only be 6.23 feet tall, so even then I'd only make a good scout.

Good for a first timer, could use a matt varnish and some highlights on the plates.

Son can you play me a memory? I'm not really sure how it goes...

If it helps with proportion his knees were where the knees where.

I think it had super-limited to zero vision though, the 2 lady handlers were talking to the marine giving moving instructions, when he charged at the crowd it was almost frightening, as he just about made contact with the first row. and its a fething marine sized guy!

the chainsword didnt work, obviously they don't have the dedication of someone like finnock

far too many points and still painting...

To me the various life size suits (costumes) I have seen always seem to be missing something.

They always seem a little bland

That's because they look "thin".

A human body is "2 heads" broad on the shoulders; marines on art are between 2.5 and 3 heads broad on the shoulders.

EDIT:

Just made this to give a rought idea. It's not perfect, but it's there.

One more:

And not a single fork was given that day!

And is it just me, or does the eye glow in that last pic of the OP make the Marine seem to have a "I will rip you into over 9000 parts and it wont even be funny how easy it will be" look on his face?

Sweet thanks man.

800 brethren and 2,000 other personnel were expected to reach Crows World within no more than 12 hours. They never arrived.

Because the puny Space Marine needs the CCW. The Ork needs only his fists.

Who is still on dial up these days? Surely even the coldest wettest sheep half way up a mountain in the depths of rural Wales has access to broadband by now.

A large part of the Mid-West in the US is still on dial-up simply because they see no need in switching. They simply have no use for faster internet and generally they just have internet for email. (mind you they are not generally very good at that)

The Khorne zerker looks pretty sweet.

They were at E3 too. The guy at E3 had a bolter. I guess it looked too much like an actual gun, so they gave him a chainsword instead.

Knornedude is awesome
