Are there any? Because the book speaks alot about the beastmen's fertility and fornication, but mentions nothing about their women. Or do they bounce with other races?
Yeah, I know some men are so evil and twisted/mutated, that they become Beastmen, but for Tzeentch sake, the book mentions sexual activity and it's bugging the heck out of me, who are these unfortunate souls who are first violated by one of the most brutal beasts of the forest (not to mention Minotaurs) and then have to give birth to something that have horns? Reikwald beastmen are extra verile, the book says. Do you see why I can't sleep at night anymore?

IIRC there are female beastmen, but they don't only reproduce with their own kind.
Beastmen are just that, Beast and man.

It should be fairly obvious how beastmen and beastwomen come into existence.

Well the problem is that the resulting hybrid offspring, eg hinny or an ass for example are sterile. if the Beastmen's physically get chaotically warped together then it is hard to see that the DNA didn't get screwed up Even if they are fertile, it is not normal for cross species breeding to take place. So somehow, the mixing by the Chaotic forces would have to keep enough humanity in the chromosones but somehow have Beastie bits too! That seems to be pushing it a bit somehow. My take on it would be that in good old unreformed masculine bygone days when the fluff was thought up, the female Beasties are back home looking after the kids (pun intended) leaving all the bashing of Empire soldiers etc to the Beastie Boys. So the former, they breed with Beastladies. I just managed to stop myself typing female beastladies *phew*

If you read in the army book the way the beastmen came in to being was when the chaos meteors fell man and beast began to merge slightly, the resulting mutants then bred aged and bred again at a ridiculously accelerated rate for generations and generations within a single night creating the beastment race. (basically just one long orgy of sex and death between multiple rapid generations in one night, pleasent dreams. sorry)
From here I for would would suggest that female beastmen are slightly more uncommon then males and often kept pregnant, have to keep the species going with how much they kill each other, and thus are not seen much because they have less ability to travel and fight while pregnant, though they would probably be just as vicious and nasty as any male or harpy so if you want to convert some into your army go ahead.
And I would also agree that they almost undoubtable interbreed with other races, the primary result being ungors most likely, this would probably mostly be captured females but I wouldn't put it past them to also copulate with wild non sentient animals, sheep goats deer etcetera, resulting in far more standard beastmen children and centigors.
Hmm am I leaving anything out?... probably not, other then suggestions that you typical beastmen female is probably either very muscly like the males sort of saggy and overweight or on rare occaision, and mostly only while still quite young probably straight up drop dead gorgeous, perfectly cured body, ungor would also have a near angelic face, with little horns, gors would have a more gracefull face, asuming they weren't snarling at anyone but still be animalistic, with smaller horns then the males or no horns at all, the general lower interest in rampagin (less women into the whole sex drugs and Rock'n'Rampaging thing the beastmen have going) and less need since prospective mates will bring you all the good stuff you want will probably mean that even the ones who wish to rampage will be less often in leadership roles but when they do manage to get to that high of a standing or are called up to be a shaman by the chaos gods they will probably be far more terrible then any male counterpart.
Sorry if a little of this is kinda jumbled.

Yeah I would say they have both Beastwomen and reproduce with captives and such without trying to introduce real world science into a fantasy world (which by the way not all hybrids are sterile, look up Wolphins). I think the above Lexicanum quote is in referance to the old 40 Beastmen abhumans though? I'm not 100% on that.
Mutation is commonly known and it's already been mentioned about beastwomen and captive rape but there is another way that beastmen are created and that's through mutated births. These are beastmen who are born from normal parents (both human and animal) with no beastiality involved that have been mutated before birth. Most of these are killed but some aren't and instead are abandoned where they are found and raised by their own kind.
As far as other species hybrids it is a good idea and I'm going to try and think of a joke about Beastmen/Dwarf relations but I think the reason they aren't seen that much is because the Beastmens strongest hatred is towards mankind and so most of their raids and such are directed towards the human race thus opening up the possibility of captive breeeding.
And some people consider Skaven to actually be Beastmen just of a differant type. In the old codex there was a section that discussed differant Beastmen located throughout the Warhammer world and this included Skaven. And personally the Skaven method of reproduction grosses me out so much more then the Beastmen one

There are plenty of dwarf breeds of animals.
A herd of pygmy goat type beastmen would be so cute in a brutal and ferocious kind of way.
and grumpy, stubborn beasts too.
That's a point, if you had beastxnon human hybrids they could take on some of the race characteristics.
So a Minotaur x Elf would have the minotaur Strength, but Initiative of the Elf AND always strike first!
If I get another WHFB army which is sadly unlikely I really want Beastmen so I can do these conversions.

AFAIK Beastmen mate with beastwomen to breed beastkids. In addition, some human couples give birth to mutated babies, which are either killed and burned or left at the edge of the forest to be picked up by the real beastmen. These foundlings are -i think- the Ungor or their forebears

While not all hybrids are sterile I'm not sure that considering real world genetics is particularly useful in this case. I imagine that chaotic magic more that solves problems with genetics and fertility, it's my impression that when you mutate to chaos you become something different in your own right, far more than a mere hybrid of other things. Typical chaos mutations are things like claws for hands and growth of spikes or tentacles or a second head or acidic blood and real-world mutations are never like this.

Also the mutated birth scenario dosen't just result in Ungors (if it does) considering in the fluff these individuals are usually destined for great things and ungors aren't that high in Beastmen society (if it can be called that). Also Morghur was born that way, well at least the first time he was born anyway.
