I've noticed that proposed rules gets 2 kinds of elements that serve relatively distinct roles:

Unique units/rules

Codex revamps/modifiers (this includes BRB complaints)

I find that one group generally drowns the other out depending on the season such that genuinely good ideas disappear.
My suggestion is to sub-subforum these two groups apart, so that those gems don't get lost in the ether.

There is not really enough traffic in that forum to justify a split yet, but we will keep it in mind.
