Title says it all, not sure if Deathworld is the correct term, but a planet similar to Catachan, however much less intense. It would pretty much be a medium sized hive city surrounded by jungles and twisting rivers, that is small. It would mainly be used asy a trading point between planets.

I need a good setting for my army, and I would love to incorporate some Catachan looking people representing the army in the jungle joining the Hive Protection.

Ok, I'm thinking of not making it a death world but just surrounded by a jungle then. If the average age is 35 and a lot of the people are tribes.

Thats a good idea, like they do in some farm, burn some jungle back.

Yes, that is like what my planet is, there is only one platoon that can fight in the jungle well (Fluff wise), it isn't where no life is in the jungle, but where small tribes pop up, and die off.
