Just because Tzeentch has a plan doesnt mean the Emperor dies. Not to mention Tzeentches plans never make sense and are never so simplistic.

The space marines would probably be much higher standard, the Primarchs would still be alive, and there would be a lot more wars. I think the Imperium would be a better place.
