I always listen to one of these songs when I'm working out. Let me hear you Scream usually comes on when I'm doing the bench press, and I really want to.
This song doesn't stop, so I love it when I'm working out.
Classic rock can do the trick to, depending on his taste. I'd recommend Gaga remixes but he may not want someone to hear/see what he's listening to depending on the paranoia level.
It depends what he will be doing. X trainer, treadmill, rower etc need something with a regular beat, but only if he likes the music. Some people just cannot have music on. If he doesn't know what the inside of the gym looks like you might want to ignore the music for the first attempt and get the defibrillator ready instead!
I'm both chaotic and orderly. I value my own principles, and am willing to go to extreme lengths to enforce them, often trampling on the very same principles in the process. At best, I'm heroic and principled; at worst, I'm hypocritical and disorderly.
