Do any GW or 3rd party grot heads w/ gas masks exist?

I have been unable to find any...

Thats damn specific, you'd probably have better luck either makeing your own or useing just some scifi gasmask heads.

Yeah I know, but there are a lot of people making aftermarket things and I wanted to see if I was missing an available source before I started looking into producing my own or having them commissioned as i want to do some "grot shock troops" kitted out for trench warfare...

Might there be any appropriately scaled gas mask pieces I could add to figs? I'm thinking some of those 2nd edition one-piece grots with gas masks added would make cool "Death-Grots of Kreig"

That looks awesome. I may go this route (perhaps 2-3 variations) and then try to cast them...
