I came into possession of about 200 models from a friend, some of them are pretty old, when I say old, the dates stamped on the bottom of the bases are from like 1992. He says the paint has been on there for ages, I tried soaking in simple green for a couple days and that really did nothing. I went out and purchases a bottle of Purple Power and soaked a pewter model in it for a couple hours and the paint came right off, now my question is can I use Purple Power on plastic models and not damage the model?
