Well Dakka, my two week half term holidays are finally here, and I've had this craving to sculpt some dinosaurs for ages. So, what do I do? That's right, I sculpt some dinosaurs.
This is the start of my painfully slow, two week long (or maybe more), half term holiday blog.
Entry 1 - 16/10/2010
Here is the basic skeleton for Dino No. 1. I'm just doing a single beast for now to see how I like it and whether I should make more at the end. I don't want to waste all my Greenstuff on something I don't like.

@Sageheart - Thanks, I'll try my best to make something decent.
Entry 2 - 17/10/2010
I told you this blog would be painfully slow.
Here is my update for today. All I've done is flesh out the frame a bit. Tommorow I'll try to define the muscles.
More pics on my blog and more tommorow!

Entry 3 - 18/10/2010
Yet another entry in my daily blog. Today I have bulked out the body to a shape I'm happy with, aswell as add a tail and an upper jaw.
Here is a scale picture, showing the Dino againts a Skeleton Horse Riding Skaven, and a Space Marine. As you can probably see, it's a big beastie. I'm actually considering not using these for Rough Riders but instead saving them for some Salamander Thunderwolves. Has anyone ever used the SW Codex to represent Sallies? Does it work?
Anyway Dakka, I have a question for you. Arms? Should it have them or not. Currently, I don't actually know if it'll look good or not, so if anyone has any opinion, please give it.
Again, more on my Blog, Including pics of the 'Skeleton Horse Riding Skaven' shown above. You know you want to have a look.
More tommorow!

If you're giving it arms, give it very small arms...

I've decided against arms in the end, partly because I don't think I'll be able to fit them in without looking wierd, and also because I want the beast to look alien. I've also changed my mind on what to use them as. They will now count as Ogryns as the size and profile represents them better, I also get to put a big gun on its back.
Entry 4 - 19/10/2010
Pics for today. I've basically just filled stuff in ready for scales and skin tomorrow.
And some practice scales made from spare GS. I'll obviously have to go into more details on the real thing.
More on my Blog and more tomorrow!

Hello all, sorry for the delay. I've had 'other things to do', e.g. be lazy, watch TV, play Games and sleep. I wasn't in the right 'mood'. Anyway, I've got another update.
Entry 4 - 22/10/2010 - Now with Scales
Here are a couple of pics of the beast with scales. You may have seen my thread in the P+M section asking about how to do the them. Ailarios gave me a piece of advice to not do each scale individually. I tried his method and I couldn't get it to work, so I set down on the path of painstakingly doing them one by one. I'm pretty pleases with the results.
Anyway, more soon! (Probably not tomorrow. Homework Calls).
