hey i'm just a little confused about how this all works if i move 12" can i fire everything or what. please explain . Thanx

It's very simple. They can fire as if they were fast vehicles. The charts in the BRB show what weapons can be fired by fast vehicles at various speeds. Combat speed they can fire everything. Cruising speed they can fire one weapon, plus defensive weapons (S4 or lower).

I think that the ruling is that they can shoot fast but they cant move fast. so at 12" you cant shoot one weapon or you can move 6" (or not move) and shoot everything. but you cant go the extra "s that a fast vehicle does.

Note that gundrone may be fired in addition (so long as you can fire) which can, and normally does, mean that everything fires.

I think that depends on whether you count the drones as vehicle weapons or passengers. If they're passengers they can't fire if the vehicle moves faster than combat speed regardless of how fast it might be.

So they fire as part of the vehicel (in addition to everything else); if the vehicel is damaged they are treated as passengers. I don't see a problem

das a good point, they count as defensive weapons until the vehicle dies... awsome.... kinda im a chaos player....

Gun drones aren't defensive weapons as the pulse carbines are S5.

Which is irrelevant as they can fire IN ADDITION to the weapons you're normally allowed to fire.

Hence "treated as" as in essence they are treated as defensive weapons in this case.
