Yes, yes it would! I've been thinking about getting him for that very reason (among other more gribbly ideas... )

You'd need to fix the head, and throw in a gun. Otherwise he's pretty much perfect. If only there were rules for two powerklaws.... *Sigh*

Twin-Linked Powerklaws will have to remain a dream...

Attack squigs grant the bonus attack anyway, so you could just paint some big-ass teef on one of them and count as.

True, but the parts on his left klaw have those big round bits that look a little like ammo drums. Perfect for strapping some dakka to. Plus, I'm sure nobody's gonna fault you for having an awesome model like that. If they do, well then say hello to your new Big Mek! (If you have to ask....yes, he really can!)

The mechanical arms are wonderful, but the body isn't really very orky in pose - too upright. The arms would look great on a ork Dredd though...

Wow. Seems like everyone agrees...

Not much to talk about when we all agree that something is good. Well, I'm glad everyone thinks so, though. Looks like I have to get some money togather.

I made this model into a warboss last year. It looks pretty convincing with a head swap and some other changes, but it is a pain in the butt to assemble the model. It is hunched over enough to look orky, but be ready to use a lot of greenstuff. Good luck

You could make a big mek as they are allowed two power claws and a twin linked shoota

It would need converting but that would look cool!

Yeah, and not even that much converting. But I'm not sure I understand the tactical value of giving a big-mek two power-klaws.

You CAN take a big mek with 2x PK. You only trade the shoota for Mega-Armor on the big mek. the mega armor comes with a PK, TL shoota, and you keep your choppa. Then you can trade the choppa for a second PK. All you need to add is a TL-Shoota to that model and you can get you 2x PK's and an attack squigg as well.

He is cheaper than a warboss but you can still get 5-6 PK attacks, but you lose a lot. -1 WS, S, T, W, and LD for a 25 pt. discount. And you can not take some nobs as troops, but you can take a deff dread as troops.

IIRC when they were printing the Inq stuff in WDs, they mentioned something about the PKs actually being based on ghazzy's arms, so probably the big round things were originally the drums of ghazzy's gun arm.

edit: back OT, I think this would look EPIC as a warboss, and besides, who cares if it does have 2 PKs? as long as he has a gun attached to his back/shoulder/head/groin/etc its WYSIWYG! go for broke!

As for me, I will continue to make plans for an awesome Tuska Da Daemon-Killa conversion (who has PK AND big choppa), then look at my bank statement, then throw the designs in the bin...

The drum does have a barrel attached so it s definately a gun. Also the other arm has a flamer on it, so I counted it as a combi skorcha. The 2 pk thing is easy to explain. It is a counts as attack squig.
