I would assume metal since only their generic jacks and starter boxes are plastic as of now.

$55 is ~$5 more expensive than the original sculpts too.

Hmm, I felt that way with the Blood Witches, but I feel that some bending/cutting/pinning was good enough with them.

But you are right, these models are pretty compact and close which results in pretty permanent poses as far as I can see :-(

But in some odd way, I think it fits them...

No, these are way better because they dont have the crotch where their belly button look they had before.

They look good and are more in line with the trencher commando sculpts. Unfortunately I already built my trencher force. I doubt I'll buy this new box. I wish it was the long gunners that were being redone. I've not bought that unit yet mainly because I don't like the stupid faces they are making in those sculpts.

On the plus side there are three more faction with models that will likely be resculpted.

My guess is the criteria is single piece model units from Prime that are 6 to 10 models per unit (box and two blisters). Winterguard, Mechanithralls, Bile Thralls and Zealots all fit that criteria.

Probably metal.

It would be overly optimistic to thnk they would re-sculpt the Satyxis Raiders.
The Blood Witches went in a good direction.

McThralls and Biles are fine. They are solid sculpts that fit the art well. But I wouldn't be too dissappointed.

WinterGuard and Zealots need it. As do Gun Mages. Those are some horrible sculpts.

Though I agree with you on at least the Gun Mages...ewww...if they do...eCaine tier here I come!!

I don't think Gun Mages, Knights Exemplar, Doomreavers or Widowmakers will be redone because they're all single box/blister packaging.

Mechanics (Cygnar & Khador) are a possibility as they're single piece and come in multiple blisters as do Long Gunners.

I think repackaging and age of sculpt are the driving factors in what will be resculpted.

It has been hinted that Winter Guard are to be resculpted.

Winter Guard should be near the top of the list. The poses look really awkward.
